Airliners and fast jets will be departing from Ronald Reagan Intl (KDCA), located just across the Potomac River from downtown Washington, DC.

You'll experience a scenic takeoff with views of iconic landmarks such as the Lincoln Memorial and the Capitol Building. As you taxi to the runway, ensure that you are aware of the air traffic control instructions, as KDCA is a busy airport with a high volume of flights.

Slower and GA aircraft can plan Starting at KBGR, located in Bangor, Maine. The area surrounding the airport offers a mix of urban and natural scenery, making for a picturesque takeoff. Once you take off from Bangor, you will head south toward Boston, covering a distance of approximately 100 miles. The flight duration is typically around 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on your aircraft, chosen altitude, and the weather conditions.

As you cruise along, you can enjoy the shifting landscapes, from the greenery of Maine to the urban sprawl of Massachusetts. Once airborne, you will head northeast toward Boston. The flight will typically take about 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on air traffic and weather conditions.

As you approach KBOS, you'll begin your descent over the Boston Harbor, providing a stunning view of the city skyline. Logan International Airport has six runways and is situated just a few miles from downtown Boston.

Upon landing, you'll find that KBOS is well-equipped with multiple terminals, making it easy to navigate to your desired destination.
