We are excited to bring you this special Explorer Mission: 2025 FORMULA 1 season Logistics Challenge. These flights follow the 2025 FORMULA 1 season from 17 February 2025 through 12 December 2025. You job is to transport the cars, equipment, teams, drivers, and owners from one race to the next, while overcoming some logistics challenges. This event is curated by Steve | TPC55.

FORMULA 1 is the highest class of international racing for open-wheel single-seater formula racing cars sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The FIA FORMULA 1 World Championship has been one of the world's premier forms of motorsport since its inaugural running in 1950 and is often considered to be the pinnacle of motorsport. A FORMULA 1 season consists of a series of races, known as Grands Prix. Grands Prix take place in multiple countries and continents on either purpose-built circuits or closed roads. (Wiki source).

Suggested Aircraft: Pilot discretion. Choose Heavy Cargo Jet for the cars and equipment, Passenger Airliner for the teams, and Business Jets for the drivers and owners.

Timing: You have one week to complete each round/leg of the mission during the dates provided (Dates to complete the Mission). You can choose to split the leg into two, if you do not have time for a long haul or your jet does not have the range.

Weather/Time Settings: Adjust to your preference, though many opt for live weather with the time rolled back a few hours. If flying on VATSIM - live weather.

Online ATC: We recommend flying these missions on VATSIM, however it’s not required. If you are flying on VATSIM, please put “Operated by thepilotclub.org” in your FP remarks. Please use live weather.

GPS Navigation Aids: Consider using moving map apps like Navigraph, ForeFlight, FltPlan Go, or Garmin Pilot.
